Connor has experience in private mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell side), capital raising, commercial contracts, general commercial advisory, and corporate governance, including directors’ duties and shareholder oppression.
Connor completed his Bachelors at Queensland University of Technology, undertaking extensive study in law and international business. Through this, Connor has developed a keen understanding of business lifecycles, market entry, composition and needs.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Connor worked as a paralegal at Clayton Utz in the Forensic Technology Services team.
