Connor has experience in private mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell side), capital raising, commercial contracts, general commercial advisory, and corporate governance, including directors’ duties and shareholder oppression.

Connor completed his Bachelors at Queensland University of Technology, undertaking extensive study in law and international business. Through this, Connor has developed a keen understanding of business lifecycles, market entry, composition and needs.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Connor worked as a paralegal at Clayton Utz in the Forensic Technology Services team.

Advised DCF Asset Management Pty Limited in relation to the investment by Scarcity Partners Pty Ltd.
Advised on the acquisition of a 50% interest in a popular Brisbane restaurant chain.
Advised German multichannel retailer on corporate governance matters.
Advised several Australian companies in relation to general commercial matters, including compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
