Claudia is a Senior Associate specialising in investment funds and financial services. With a focus on transactional and advisory work, she has worked with a range of domestic and international clients in navigating Australia’s complex legal and regulatory landscape.
With a particular focus on investment funds, her experience covers advising on funds-related investments, structuring and restructuring, capital raisings, fund formation and funds management. She also has expertise advising more broadly on financial services licensing, marketing and disclosure, including with respect to wholesale and retail product issuers, wealth businesses and carbon credit participants.
Claudia’s approach to providing legal service is focused on cultivating strong trust-based client relationships and delivering  practical solutions. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail and industry knowledge enable her to navigate transactions and provide precise legal advice.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Claudia worked in the Investment Funds and Financial Services teams at Clayton Utz and Allens.
