Claudia is a Senior Associate specialising in investment funds and financial services. With a focus on transactional and advisory work, she has worked with a range of domestic and international clients in navigating Australia’s complex legal and regulatory landscape.
With a particular focus on investment funds, her experience covers advising on funds-related investments, structuring and restructuring, capital raisings, fund formation and funds management. She also has expertise advising more broadly on financial services licensing, marketing and disclosure, including with respect to wholesale and retail product issuers, wealth businesses and carbon credit participants.
