• Acted for Sydney Fish Market in relation to the redevelopment of the new Sydney Fish Market, including managing retail, commercial and hospitality leasing and licensing arrangements for more than 50 subtenants, licensees and vessel holders.
• Acted for Sydney Fish Market on the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of agreements for sublease, subleases, sublicences, incentive deeds, disclosure statements, deeds of consent, surrender documents, mooring licences and related precinct documentation.
• Acted for Pacific Alliance Group on property finance and refinance transactions across New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.
• Acted for Minor Hotels in relation to the refinance of existing facilities across Australia for Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited, including due diligence on leased, freehold and management rights properties.
• Acted for Vivacity Property on the acquisition of multiple properties for a total value of approximately AUD$15.85 million.
• Acted for Centennial on the sale of 17 Jumal Place, Smithfield for approximately AUD$48.1 million.
• Acted for Milligan Group on the sale of 32–34 York Street, Sydney for approximately AUD$183.6 million.
• Acted for Lendlease on property transactions and development-related matters, including the sale of Spinifex Road, Werrington, the divestment of a superlot at Rouse Hill, tenure documentation for Darling Square and other sale and leasing matters.
• Acted for Opal Healthcare on the joint venture and settlement of Highgate Park, Fullerton for approximately AUD$42.05 million.
• Acted for National Australia Bank and FTI Consulting on mortgagee in possession sales, including properties at Lidcombe.
• Acted for Centuria on the acquisition of industrial and commercial property assets.

• Acted for renewable energy and battery storage developers, including Avenis Energy and Biala Wind Farm, on option deeds, easements, tenure documents and due diligence. Advised Lumea Pty Ltd on subdivision and easement issues relating to land above an existing substation at Surry Hills.
• Acted for Generator Property Management Co on property and subdivision-related matters connected with the Waratah Super Battery.
• Acted for Investa Property on the 39 Martin Place Metro Precinct, including agreements for lease, leases, licences and departure schedules.

• Acted for Loftex Property on the purchase of 55 lots at 3 and 5 Help Street, Chatswood for approximately AUD$90 million.
• Acted for John Holland on leasing documentation for multiple tenants at 275 George Street, Sydney. Assisted with the acquisition of three industrial assets worth approximately AUD$86.1 million for Centuria Industrial REIT.
