Christina is a lawyer in the corporate team advising on general corporate advisory and M&A matters. She has experience advising high-growth startups, private companies, and public companies across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters such as capital raises, mergers, acquisitions and share sales. She also has experience advising high net worth family groups and private companies on restructuring, governance, and succession planning.
Christina has strong skills in drafting and reviewing complex documentation and providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Christina worked at Arnold Bloch Leibler in the corporate/ M&A team.
