Christina is a Senior Associate specialising in equity capital markets, M&A and corporate governance. She has gained experience in a number of corporate and commercial legal issues such as capital raising transactions, corporate advisory matters (including ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act compliance and corporate governance), IPOs, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions.

Christina has a special interest in matters relating to the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) having advised on appropriate structures and processes for foreign companies (including foreign government investors) and individuals proposing to invest in Australia.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Christina worked in the Corporate Advisory (M&A and ECM) team at HopgoodGanim Lawyers.
