Chloe Marriott is a Lawyer in the Tax team, advising clients on complex tax controversy and regulatory matters. She works with companies and individuals to navigate disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and state revenue authorities, providing practical and commercially focused advice.

Chloe has particular expertise in tax controversy across both federal and state jurisdictions. Her practice includes advising on Australian Taxation Office audits, objections and Administrative Review Tribunal proceedings, as well as state revenue authority disputes involving payroll tax, land tax and transfer duty. Chloe also has significant experience advising on the Research and Development Tax Incentive. She advises Australian listed and private companies across a range of industries, including mining, agriculture, FMCG and life sciences.
