  • Advising Enel Green Power Australia Pty Ltd on its partnership with QEM Limited (ASX: QEM) to deliver the Julia Creek Renewables Project.
  • Advising IPD Group Limited (ASX:IPG) on its $101 million acquisition of CMI Operations, a leading distributor of electrical cables and manufacturer and distributor of plug brands in Australia, from Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX:ECL).
  • Advising Australian Integrated Carbon on its capital raise resulting in the Rio Tinto Group acquiring a 14.15% interest along with follow-on investment from current shareholders Bentleys Carbon Fund and Japan Integrated Carbon Limited.
  • Advising LG Software Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Pulse Software, on the partial divestment by its founders and significant investment from Accel-KKR backed Springbrook.
  • Advising JUWI on the sale of the 400MW Hay Plains Wind Project and 175MW Ardandra Solar Project, with an anticipated 400MWh of battery storage to Octopus Investments Australia.
  • Advising Pemba Capital Partners on the structuring and establishment of an in-home care platform.
  • Advised retail and consumer brands investment platform, Alquemie Group on its $60+ million acquisition of Australian fashion retailer, General Pants Co from the Victor Smorgon Group, Phil Staub and Jackie Vidor.
  • Acting for the Qscan Group on the acquisition of Envision Medical Imaging, a full-service radiology business based in Western Australia.
