Advising IPD Group Limited (ASX:IPG) on its $101 million acquisition of CMI Operations, a leading distributor of electrical cables and manufacturer and distributor of plug brands in Australia, from Excelsior Capital Limited (ASX:ECL).
Advising Australian Integrated Carbon on its capital raise resulting in the Rio Tinto Group acquiring a 14.15% interest along with follow-on investment from current shareholders Bentleys Carbon Fund and Japan Integrated Carbon Limited.
