Joining our recently launched Auckland office, Bryan’s arrival further strengthens the capabilities and expertise of our team across New Zealand and Australia. Bryan will take up the title of Partner once he has completed the relevant New Zealand Law Society requirements.
Bryan joins from MinterEllisonRuddWatts and is an experienced Funds and Financial Services lawyer with several years of in-depth expertise specialising in financial services and investment funds, focusing on FinTech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, including wallets, broking, platforms, payments, Web3 technologies, NFTs, decentralised finance (DeFi), tokens, stablecoins, and VASP regulation.
