His appointment is an important step for us, bringing valuable new perspectives and experience gathered from his senior roles in investment banking over the last 20 years”.
Peter is an executive director, leading our growth strategy as we continue to expand the firm through strategic mergers, not just with other law firms but also deepening our allied business offering in outsourced general counsel and company secretarial services. Notwithstanding the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in, the firm, through its significant expertise in restructuring, distressed M&A and litigation, is well placed to continue to support its clients during this difficult time.”
