Hamilton Locke is delighted to feature in leading legal publication, Lawyers Weekly, on our recent acquisition of Corporate and Commercial Law Firm Morrissey Law + Advisory (Morrissey).
With offices in Newcastle and Sydney, Morrissey specialise in all areas of construction and infrastructure, including major projects, contract drafting and negotiations, project delivery, dispute resolution, security of payment, and general commercial advisory. Morrissey also works closely with businesses across the transport, not-for-profit, financial services, and agribusiness sectors. Morrissey comprises a team of 16, with two directors and 8 lawyers.
The firm will operate as Hamilton Locke from 1 January 2023.
Lawyers Weekly also recognised our expansive and strategic growth with our expansion into New Zealand with the establishment of Hamilton Locke New Zealand in addition to our recent expansion into Newcastle with our acquisition of Morrissey.
