Hamilton Locke Appoints Finance Special Counsel, Jeremy Murnain

Hamilton Locke is delighted to announce the appointment of Special Counsel, Jeremy Murnain, joining the firm’s finance practice in Sydney. This is an exciting step in the firm’s growth trajectory, following our recognition in the Australasian Lawyer 2021 Fast Firms report.

Jeremy joins from Dentons Sydney and brings over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance. Jeremy has extensive expertise working across multiple jurisdictions including Australia, England, the US and PNG. As a banking and finance specialist, Jeremy acts on corporate, leveraged/acquisition, real estate and project financings (for lenders, borrowers and sponsors).

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Jeremy worked for top international law firms/banks across Australia and the UK including Dentons, Herbert Smith Freehills, Baker McKenzie, King & Wood Mallesons and JPMorgan.
