Blackwattle is a new-generation investment management business in Australia dedicated to delivering exceptional investment outcomes.
Hamilton Locke advised on all aspects of establishment and structuring for Blackwattle, including governance, shareholders arrangements, employee arrangements, employee incentives and capital raising providing a sufficient working capital platform for the business.
