We are delighted to announce that Cristin McCoy will be promoted to Partner, effective 1 January 2020.
Cristin is an experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in M&A and private equity, and has led several high-profile deals over last 24 months, including the buyout and then sale of Macpac for Odyssey Capital, the sale of Cassons with Deloitte, acting for Mulpha on the Aveo takeover, acting on the sale of Aurec with Sovereign Private, and acting on the equity financing of Cornerstone Health with Allier.
The promotion recognises Cristin’s exceptional performance and client service, as well as her commitment and contribution to the firm.
