Hamilton Locke has advised the team at Keyview Financial Group on a senior secured loan provided to ASX-listed funds management business, Elanor Investors Group (ASX:ENN).
The facility was used to refinance senior debt as well as provide runway for Elanor to execute its announced asset realisation program and conduct a strategic review of the broader Elanor platform.
