Hamilton Locke Continues to Top National ECM and M&A Rankings!

Hamilton Locke has received top rankings in the 2024 Australian ECM and M&A rankings recently released in LSEG (previously Refinitiv) and Mergermarket for our work advising on deals for issuers and lead managers for the first half of 2024.

Notable rankings include:

1. Ranked 1^st in Australia for the highest volume of ECM transactions acting for Issuers (see Figure 1).
2. Ranking 2^nd in Australia for the highest volume of ECM transactions acting for Lead Managers (see Figure 1).
3. Ranked 3^rd globally (moved up considerably from 10^th) for volume of ECM transactions (see Figure 2).
4. Ranked 8^th for the volume of M&A transactions in the first half of 2024 (see Figure 3).
