Hamilton Locke advised Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Limited on its $130 million acquisition of Auburn Central Shopping Centre. Auburn Central includes 52 speciality tenants, including supermarkets Woolworths and Aldi.
The Hamilton Locke team advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including the undertaking of thorough property due diligence, and negotiating a complex contract for sale in an expeditious fashion.
