Timothy is experienced in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, major infrastructure projects, shareholder disputes and general commercial advisory for listed and unlisted public companies.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Timothy worked for Ellem Warren Lawyers, Adani Australia and Miller Sockhill Lawyers.
