Sandra specialises in a broad range of commercial and corporate advisory matters, including initial public offerings, entitlement issues, corporate governance, corporate restructures, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions transactions, due diligence, share buy-backs, employee incentive schemes, extraordinary and annual general meeting documentation and advising on the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASX Compliance.
In addition, Sandra also has extensive experience working in Energy, Infrastructure and Resources matters, with a focus on M&A and equity capital markets.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lock Sandra worked for K&L Gates.
