Po is a practical and detailed commercial lawyer with broad expertise in corporate transactions, with a particular focus on technology related M&A.

He leverages his background in M&A, TMT (technology, media, telecom), consumer and privacy law to guide clients through complex transactions, and his experience includes assisting multinational corporations, local entities, carriers and carriage service providers with M&A, technology agreements, supply agreements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Po is committed to finding pragmatic solutions for his clients, and prides himself on excellent communication and attention to detail.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Po worked in the corporate transactions team at Baker McKenzie and the TMT team at Simpson Grierson.

Advising 7-Eleven International LLC on its A$1.71B acquisition of 7-Eleven Australia;
Advising Hysata, an Australian green hydrogen electrolyser manufacturer, on the largest Series B clean tech fund raise in Australia (A$172M), led by bp Ventures and Templewater;
Advising 2degrees on the NZ$1.076B sale of its passive cell phone tower assets to mobile tower company, Connexa;
Advising OTPP on its local acquisition of Australian fruit supplier Montague Farms;
Advising large Australian carriage service provider on its service agreements with numerous carriers.
