Pip’s expertise includes employee relations, recruiting, talent management, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, HR policies and compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Pip served as Asia Pacific HR Director at Forcepoint for 10 years, a global top tier Cyber Security organisation. She was also HR Manager at Objective Corporation, a market-leading content management software company, where she developed the human resource function from scratch.
