Morgan has a keen appreciation for learning and approaches her work with a positive and inquisitive mentality. She strives to be creative, open-minded, adaptable and has a reputation for her reliability.

As a corporate lawyer, Morgan specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as general commercial corporate advisory work. She has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries including technology, retail and healthcare.

Morgan’s research on statutory unconscionability, misleading and deceptive product design and corporate liability, specifically with respect to the gaming and entertainment sectors, has been published in both domestic and international commercial law journals. 

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Morgan worked at Ashurst across both the corporate and property practice groups.

  • Acted for Midwinter Group on its sale to Bravura Solutions (ASX listed).
  • Acted for Gayle Dickerson, Phil Quinlan and Morgan Kelly (KPMG) in their capacity as administrators of Internet Services Australia 3 Pty Limited (Administrators Appointed) on the sale of Zanui to Marlin Management Services.
