She has experience in representing clients in energy and infrastructure projects across Australia, Central America and Asia. Driven by a strong passion for the energy transition, she is dedicated to promoting legal developments in emerging technologies and advocating for policies that support net-zero emissions and sustainable energy solutions.
Minji’s areas of expertise include wind farms, floating offshore wind projects, power plant construction, project development and public-private partnership projects. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting EPC contracts, development agreements, lease, licenses, engineering services agreements and supply agreements.
Having gained international experience in Seoul, South Korea in recent years, Minji has worked with renowned global EPC services providers. Her ability to identify and assess legal risks and provide practical, actionable solutions has consistently benefited her clients.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Minji worked at POSCO E&C and Shin & Kim LLC in Korea and PwC in Australia. She also had a secondment to the legal team at the Transport for NSW.
