As a corporate lawyer, Kyle specialises in regulated and unregulated corporate mergers and acquisitions and general commercial advisory. He has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including listed property, financial institutions, diversified industrial and private equity.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Kyle worked in the Corporate M&A team at Norton Rose Fulbright.
