Kusum is a law graduate in the New Energy team and Litigation team with a keen interest in the renewable energy transition and corporate law. With a background economics, she eager to leverage her multi-disciplinary skills to contribute meaningfully to real-world legal challenges.
Kusum has relevant experiences in the renewable energy sector in relation to share purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, development services agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, and other bespoke contracting arrangements.
Prior to commencing the graduate program, she volunteered at the Western Sydney Community Legal Centre.
