Georgia approaches her work with enthusiasm and due diligence to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. She currently splits her time, working between Corporate and Intellectual Property & Technology teams on a range of matters including assisting early stage start-ups with capital raising, drafting commercial contracts, and providing advice on IP and technology agreements.
