Elizabeth Lawrence

Finance and Operations Coordinator

Elizabeth has a keen appreciation for legal practice administration and enjoys a diverse role within the firm by supporting business operations and providing ad hoc legal support.  Her focus is providing financial and operational assistance to Hamilton Locke and its affiliated businesses through the development of practice processes and procedures, running the day-to-day financial needs of the firm and contributing to business development projects. 

Elizabeth also provides high quality legal support and administrative assistance to the Funds Management and Financial Services team, assisting them with the establishment of managed investment schemes, the preparation and review of transaction documents and a range of AFSL compliance activities.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Elizabeth worked at McMahon Clarke and MNG Lawyers.

SELECTED REPRESENTATIONS

  • Acted for Centuria and Centuria Heathley in relation to establishing a number of property funds, including Centuria 348 Edward Street Fund, Centuria 80 Flinders Street Fund and Centuria Diversified Property Fund. 
  • Acted for professional trustee One Investment Group in relation to establishing a number of wholesale funds in the property, mortgage and equities sectors.
  • Acted for Saville Capital Pty Ltd in the establishment of the Saville Capital Pre-IPO Equities Fund.
