Danielle has a passion for complex problem solving and using her knowledge of the law to help achieve successful outcomes for clients. She is detail-orientated and approaches her work with a curious and open-minded manner.

Danielle’s experience incudes complex commercial litigation, insolvency litigation and dispute resolution. Danielle’s particular area of expertise includes:

  • Acting for parties in dispute over companies, trusts, joint ventures, partnerships, contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conducting litigation for claims of shareholder oppression, breaches of directors duties and misleading or deceptive conduct. 
  • Acting for insolvency practitioners appointed as administrators, liquidators, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy across all aspects of corporate collapses and bankruptcies. 
  • Acting for secured creditors, suppliers, directors and creditors of companies in external administration and resolving complex priority disputes.
  • Conducting litigation for claims in equity, unconscionability, undue influence, breach of fiduciary duties. 
  • Prosecuting urgent applications for injunctions and expedited matters for final hearing. 

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Danielle worked for Truman Hoyle Lawyers (now Bird and Bird), Polczynski Lawyers (now Polczynski Robinson), Yates Beaggi Lawyers and Unified Lawyers.
