Clarisse’s expertise is specifically in the funds management and financial services sector where she works with a range of AFS licenses providing advice to navigate the reportable situations provisions and general obligations under Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act, of which she is highly knowledgeable.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Clarisse worked at Holley Nethercote and JM Financial Planning.
