Camilla advises on all aspects of employment law and has particular expertise in litigious matters such as the defence of claims made under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and anti-discrimination legislation, as well the defence of work health and safety prosecutions.
In addition, Camilla also has experience in contract drafting and the implementation of executive remuneration arrangements.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Camilla worked for HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in the firm’s workplace relations and safety team.
