Andrew brings over 20 years of specialist experience working at the Australian Securities Exchange. Andrew’s expertise lies in ASX Listing Rule policy and development, the Initial Public Offering process, market supervision, and corporate actions, including accelerated and traditional entitlement offers.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Andrew worked in the Listings Compliance team at ASX limited.
