She combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus, delivering clear advice to help clients navigate complex and evolving regulatory environments. She works closely with clients to develop practical solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Amber’s experience spans financial services licensing, AML/CTF compliance, governance and disclosure obligations, and breach reporting, as well as supporting strategic transactions and business transformation projects. She has acted for a range of clients, including trustees, responsible entities, custodians, investment managers and insurance businesses.
Amber brings experience across both private practice and in-house environments. She is recognised for her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance and for building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Amber worked at a specialist financial services and funds firm. She has also gained in-house experience as Legal Counsel at Marsh.
