Ali understands the value of operating effectively and managing constraints in order to meet clients’ expectations, with the goal of achieving their desired results.

Ali has experience in advising on private and public M&A (including cross-border transactions), equity capital markets, private equity and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ali worked at Mont Lawyers and Deloitte Australia.

  • Acted for Tubi Limited (ASX:2BE) and Tubi USA, Inc. with respect to their US$10 million Asset Sale to Mosaic Fertilizer LLC.
  • Acted for Clime Capital Investments (ASX:CAM) in relation to the amendment of the terms of its listed convertible notes and the simultaneous issuance of additional new convertible notes raising up to $35 million.
  • Acted for Nepean River Dairy with respect to their $25 million sale to Nature One Dairy.
  • Acted for an Australian based family-owned healthcare equipment and services company with respect to the sale of their business to a major international private equity fund for $500 million.
  • Advised multiple healthcare equipment and services businesses on their $40 million acquisition by a privately held healthcare equipment and services company.
