Alexandra Reidy

Director of People

With over 10 years’ experience in talent and human resources, Alex began her career with a particular interest in psychology. She expanded into the HR function given her keen focus on developing the people experience within a workplace. Her personable manner helps to drive her passion for talent and people development, while always maintaining a pragmatic and collaborative approach.

Alex’s expertise includes the full ambit of human resources, including talent acquisition, HR transformation, learning and development, staff engagement, remuneration and benefits, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Alex worked for KPMG as a HR Business Partner, as well as with Vodafone as a HR Manager. She also previously worked with iiNet and Ausin Group.
