Hamilton Locke Welcomes IP and Technology Partner, Sophie Bradshaw

Hamilton Locke has appointed Sophie Bradshaw as an IP and Technology partner located in the firm’s Brisbane office. This brings our total number of partners to 40 following our recent recognition in the AFR as Australia’s fastest-growing law firm.

Sophie joins from Clayton Utz and is recognised as a leading Technology, Media and Telecommunications lawyer in Australia. She brings over 20 years’ experience specialising in technology, intellectual property and privacy law.  She offers her clients market-leading expertise in strategic technology procurement and transformation projects, data-driven transactions and on all aspects of privacy and cyber security. Sophie also co-chairs the International Association of Privacy Professionals KnowledgeNet for Brisbane and Gold Coast and is a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Privacy and Data Committee.
