Hamilton Locke is delighted to announce a surge of promotions, effective 1 July 2022.
Senior Associate, Ben Cameron, will be promoted to Special Counsel continuing his focus on intellectual property and technology law.
Senior Associate, James Tannock, will be promoted to Special Counsel and will continue his specialisation in corporate M&A advice.
Lawyer, Claudia Bertone, will be promoted to Senior Associate working in our corporate, M&A and Private equity team and specialising in mining, petroleum and natural resources law.
Lawyer, Daniel Owen, will be promoted to Senior Associate continuing his work in equity capital markets and public and private M&A transactions.
Lawyer, David O’Carroll, will be promoted to Senior Associate and will continue his expertise in energy, infrastructure and resources.
Lawyer, Stephen Vrettos, will be promoted to Senior Associate and will continue to provide advice on M&A transactions, private equity, equity capital markets, venture capital and general corporate matters.
We are also delighted to announce promotions for our allied business, The Fold Legal, with two promotions effective 1 July 2022. Special Counsel Michele Levine will be promoted to Partner, continuing her specialisation in Financial Services. Associate Julie Hartley will be promoted to Senior Associate and will continue as part of the Fold’s insurance and insurtech practice group.
