Hamilton Locke Features in AFR on Advising GCI on its $50 Million Carbar Investment

Hamilton Locke is delighted to feature in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) for advising Global Credit Investments (CGI) on its $50 million investment into Insurance Australia Group-backed car subscription company, Carbar.

GCI is a specialist credit investor targeting loans to lenders, asset backed finance, scale up finance and special opportunities funding, such as bridging finance or asset acquisition finance.

The team at Hamilton Locke was led by Partner, Zina Edwards and included Special Counsel, Lauren Cloete and Lawyer, Wil Alam.
