Hamilton Locke advises SCA on its $180 Million Acquisition of a Retail Portfolio of Shopping Centres

Hamilton Locke is delighted to announce it acted on behalf of Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Limited on its $180 million acquisition of a retail portfolio of shopping centres from Centuria Capital Group subsidiary, Primewest. This comprised of Port Village Shopping Centre, QLD, Brassall Shopping Centre, QLD, Dernancourt Shopping Centre, SA, Fairview Green Shopping Centre, SA and Tyne Square Shopping Centre, WA.

The Hamilton Locke team advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including the undertaking of an extensive property due diligence, and negotiation of the contract for sale within a tight time frame.
