Hamilton Locke acted for Silicon Valley venture debt firm, Partners for Growth on the senior secured financing for Vero, a marketing automation software business. The transaction represented a significant milestone for Partners for Growth as it is the first investment into its recently closed fund VI. The transaction represents the continuing strength of venture debt and growth capital solutions, in Australia and globally.
