Hamilton Locke is pleased to announce that it acted for Marble Recruitment on their recent acquisition by Tokyo-based staffing firm Outsourcing Inc.
Marble was founded in 2006 and has grown to over 60 staff and 900 clients throughout Australia. The company operates across the construction, infrastructure and mining sectors.
The team at Hamilton Locke was led by partner Nick Humphrey and senior associate Cristin McCoy and assisted by lawyer Debbie Tran.
