Hamilton Locke is delighted to have acted for EdventureCo on the corporate and financing elements of its acquisition of Australia’s leading provider of clear communication training and editing services, Plain English Foundation Pty Ltd (PEF).
EdventureCo is a premium provider of digital, soft and future skills training that prepares and develops students and meets their needs at each stage of their career journey. Established by Arowana in 2017, EdventureCo has scaled rapidly to become a leading vocational and professional education and training group with operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
