Hamilton Locke is pleased to announce it advised iconic inner west brewery Batch Brewing Co with its recent acquisition of Bucket Boys Craft Beer Co.
This outcome significantly expands Batch Brewing’s footprint and profile with the acquisition of new bars, bottle shops and an online storefront to complement the existing two brewery sites.
Andrew Fineran and Christopher Sidwar, founders of Batch Brewing Co, commented that “It was a pleasure to work with the Hamilton Locke team. We received great advice and guidance through this acquisition from Nick and Ariane”.
