Hamilton Locke Chairman of Partners Brett Heading and Special Counsel Fran Becker will be speaking at The Tax Institute’s two-day Agribusiness Intensive taking place on 28- 29 April.
Their presentation titled ‘Agribusiness Business Transition – Putting Success into Succession’ will focus on the latest trends in putting together a well-rounded business succession plan including highlighting the pitfalls of not getting it right and their professional tips and traps in assisting clients through the process.
The Agribusiness Intensive will include sessions specifically targeted towards the key tax issues arising from ongoing primary production business transactions and will also include a focus on carbon with sessions on evaluating appropriate carbon farming strategies than can be employed by which agribusiness can progress to a carbon neutral future.
